In Restaurant “El Chorrón”, we are experts in preparing dishes of traditional jadraqueña cuisine, owner Don Valentín Bartolomé, he was born in these lands, and has passed on their knowledge to the restaurant, to prepare the traditional dishes of the jadraqueña cuisine. We elaborated the most traditional dishes with products brought directly from Villa de Jadraque at jadraqueño style: legs or shoulder blades, goatling roast, crunchy bacon, meats...

In roasts highlight goatling roast (legs and shoulders blades), dish of ancient tradition, spiced with typical aromatic jadraqueña sauce.
